Greetings! This is Brian Sprang, Vote Yes KCS campaign co-chair. I wanted to reach out today and discuss what has been going on at campaign HQ over the last few weeks. At this time, we’ve been meeting about every other week, but as we ramp up to the actual heart of the campaign season, we will be meeting more regularly. We’ve been meeting as an executive committee to shore up the details of our campaign strategy, and most recently, with a larger group that includes school administrators, staff representatives, community members, and other key stakeholders in this process.

We are looking forward to, as many are, the Hardin County Fair, beginning on Sept. 7! It’s just around the corner. It is a great time to see friends and family, look at the hard-working youth projects from 4-H & FFA, and take the time to learn more about community efforts, projects, and organizations that will be exhibiting at the fair. We will have a booth, in the Machinery Building, near the Rotary Club ice cream! So be sure to grab some ice cream then come down and visit with our booth volunteers to learn more about our plans to bring a new 7th-12th grade school building to reality!

We’ll also be seeing you at the Kenton High School home football games, be sure to find our tent and table, chat with us, and then cheer for the mighty Wildcats!

We know there are many questions, and I would like to direct everyone to the following page on our website. It has many answers, and as we learn more about those questions from the public that we haven’t addressed, we will get them added.
